A Cause for Tea is now offering a series of exploratory and enrichment courses featuring instruction in the creative arts that frame the special occasions of our lives. These courses are designed to provide experiences that provide informative instruction that will develop skills, reveal talents, and engage the senses in an atmosphere of beauty, fun, and knowledge.

Students will have a hands-on experience of the whole overnight process of making a sourdough boule in a setting of two hours. Learning about the fermented starter, ingredients, helpful tools, shaping and scoring, students will enjoy a bread tasting and take home the recipe, a starter, and two take-&-bakes that they've created.
